We support free speech and privacy, but not at the expense of human safety. This policy outlines what we allow, what we prohibit, and how we handle complaints.

Zero Tolerance

We are a free speech host operating under Swedish law, but we have absolute zero tolerance for the following. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse Material. Reported immediately to Swedish Police and NCMEC.

Unsolicited Bulk Email

Spam and mass mailing without consent is strictly prohibited.

Botnet C&C

Hosting malware infrastructure, command & control servers, or botnet controllers.

Phishing

Fake login pages, credential harvesting, or identity theft operations.

DDoS Attacks

Launching attacks from our network against others.

Violent Threats

Direct incitement to violence or terrorism.

Swedish Jurisdiction

We operate exclusively under Swedish jurisdiction. Your content is protected by the Swedish Constitution's Fundamental Law on Freedom of Expression and the Freedom of the Press Act.

  • Content decisions are evaluated solely against Swedish law.
  • Foreign legal processes must be enforced through Swedish courts.
  • Political pressure will not result in content removal.

Law Enforcement Requests

We cooperate with law enforcement only when legally compelled under Swedish law. Even under a valid court order, our strict No Logging policy limits what we can provide.
